Shipping Methods and Duration

We have 2 shipping methods available.

The method can be selected at checkout.
For valuable items Expedited International Shipping is selected by default to make the delivery secure and fast.

- Expedited International Shipping
This method is secure and faster.

It also includes insurance & a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery days are following (days = business days). 

We deliver items other than the countries below(duration usually 3-4 days).

- Economy International Shipping
Duration around 10 -21 days.

Fast shipping option is available: Select "Fast Shipping Option" from "Category" and put it in your cart, then the delivery duration for Expedited International is applied to the shipping.

Handling time

We start handling of items after confirming the payment in our account.

Please allow us expected Handling time 1 - 5  business days(varies per item) to make sure deliverying correct items and careful packing.

We pay extra attention in Packing

We pay extra high attention in packing items based on 15 years of international trading experience.

Japan Post's official package is used(exceptions may apply according to the size of items), and we put extra cushonning materials to avoid any damages during the delivery.
